The people that answer the phones are AT HOME. They do not have any capabilities other than reading from their script, connecting you to their pharmacy dept. or making an appointment that may or may not happen if it's on the phone, because the dr. may or may not call. ONCE I HAD A DOCTOR CALL ME WHILE THEY WERE DRIVING...that's another story. Chances are no phone call during the allotted time for sure. You will NOT get your prescriptions. You will need to call the office - I mean the people at home - AGAIN after waiting on hold for an hour or so, then you will be shuffled off to the pharmacy dept. and told they don't have it. Back to calling and waiting for an hour to talk to some person they hired to read their script, without any way to really help you. This all on repeat.
They don't care that they deal with hurting people. They don't care that you have to wait for over an hour to talk to someone reading from their script to get an appointment. Try it, when you have an hour to waste, call ask if they are at home... They can tell you that the office manager, Carlos, will get back to you, but surprise, he won't!
SCAMMING PEOPLE WHO HAVE LITTLE MONEY, DESPERATE PEOPLE IN PAIN NEEDING HELP. SHOULD BE CRIMINAL. MORALLY UNJUST FOR SURE.

Although Dr Eskenazi is SUPPOSED to be my doctor, I haven't seen him in over a year. He apparently farms out his patients to other doctors who know NOTHING about the patient. The last one I saw was fishing for something to run tests on (even though I TOLD her that I only go to Dr Eskenazi because of dizzy spells). She wanted to run a test where they hook up wires to your leg and shock you to get readings. I told her that I dod not want that test and not to order it (THREE TIMES I TOLD HER THIS!). I was supposed to have a mobile EKG done and went in on my appointment date only to find that I was set up for the test I explicitly told her NOT to order. I will never go to this office again. If you can't be bothered to deal with your own patients and let some incompetent boob stand in for you, I'll go to another dr. I do NOT recommend Dr Eskenazi at all!

After my auto accident I thought I was fine. Imaging revealed otherwise. Dr. Chris Harrel was able to walk me through my nervous system, test the Bio-electric network for weaknesses in communication via electric stimulus which contributed to my rehabilitation. My appointments were concise and on point. Thanks to the Beverly Hills Team.

Horrible horrible horrible service. Can't EVER get anyone on the phone EVER. I didn't even see the ACTUAL doctor just a physicians assistant/nurse practitioner. They did 3 tests on me and want to go over the results almost SEVEN weeks later? Are you kidding?! I could have something serious going on like an aneurysm or blood clot and I'm supposed to just hang on and hopefully not die before I get my results SEVEN weeks later? What kind of institute is this? Then I've called FIVE times to get my results faxed to my other doctor and STILL 3 weeks later NO FAX! They don't care about you or your health. I'm guessing all their admin staff are too busy looking at TikTok and YouTube.
