I had an appointment scheduled for January 5, 2026, for an EMG test. Upon arrival, I was informed that my new insurance information had not been verified and, as a result, I could not receive the scheduled test. This occurred despite providing the updated insurance information during my prior appointment on December 30, 2025. The situation was handled in an unprofessional manner, and communication from the front desk staff was inadequate. This review is limited solely to my experience with the front desk staff and is not a reflection of Dr. Shawn Sedgh. I will not go back.

It was a pleasure to meet with Mr. W. He was very professional and promptly addressed my questions immediately following the testing. He provided me with my results, which I was able to forward to my doctor. The front desk staff also provided me with copies. I will be delivering the results to my doctor tomorrow. I am very pleased with the testing process.

Please don’t go to this Dr or Nurse Practioner..A person by the Name of Jose Martinez called me today 12-13-25 for a Telehealth Appt..He sounded like he was going to help me..I told him of a bad reaction I had to Progabilin..I asked him not once but three times not to forget to send the prescription to Walmart pharmacy he said yes..Till this time 430pm nothing I told him I didn’t have no medication they don’t care..Please go to a Dr that cares..

The neurologist who phoned was helpful, asked questions and if/when I said I wasn't interested or didn't need what she was offering, she accepted my answers. She also offered suggestions fir now and the future.
