Dr. Jonathan's Eskenazi is been helping me with there assistance, nurses and doctors over the phone, or by an appointment in person. They are outstanding, seriously, secure, and professional, with the pacient. Very nice friendly , and understanding , when the pacient have a questions or concerns about something in Common. They always give the best customer service with There's neats. I am very happy and conform with Dr. Jonathan's Eskenazi.

I was contacted by the representative with the the results of my tests. I couldn’t understand anything she was saying to me because of her accent. I asked her to email me the results of the tests, because I wanted to read them by myself to understand hopefully what my results were, I asked her to send them to me. She said that she sent an email with the results to me, but she didn’t, I didn’t receive any emails. I had to call back and reschedule a phone appointment, because I wanted to know the results, and I would like somebody to explain clearly to me what is going on with me and my health. I never leave bad reviews, but in this case I have to, because I think that this kind of customer service is not acceptable, it is about health, people need to have a good and clear understanding of what is going on, they need to be able to understand and, if necessary, to ask questions and get clear answers. The customer service I received was not acceptable.

It’s hard to put into words how bad this place is, and I cannot figure out what the main issue is. To start, my appointments have always been 30-45 min late. Also, I have never once seen the doctor. He only spoke to me over the phone for 5 min in an initial tele-intake. You think that’s enough time to get my history? Now I have to deal with his assistants or something, as they never introduce themselves in ways that I understand why they’re dealing with my care and not him, like who are they???? One of them isn’t listed anywhere on the site. I don’t know them or their credentials and it’s clear they don’t know me since I have to restate my complex medical history every appointment, in addition to reminding them of tests I already got done based on their orders.
I’m planning to request my records to see what the circe they’re actually doing for my care because I’m very suspicious. I deal with so many healthcare systems and this one just baffles me. I feel terrible for anyone being referred here.

Incompetent administrative staff, incompetent providers, incompetent pharmacy. INCOMPETENCE ALL AROUND.
Customer service is HORRIBLE and you have to chase doctors around yourself for appointments and medications. Im honestly no karen but wow am I frustrated every single time I interact with you all.
