Worthwhile on several fronts. It’s always good to talk with someone when you are going through tough times. Dr Eskenazi helped me even when I didn’t think I needed help. Great guy, not scary! Making this kind of work a part of recovery really makes sense.

This has been THEE WORST medical experience of my life!! First of all, you can't get anyone in the office on the phone. You will be on hold forever, and when you finally get someone, they're not in theboffice but somewhere remote, and they don't know anything. Actually speak to a nurse or other medical professional? HAH. Not gonna happen. When I finally went to my appointment, ai didn't even get to see an actual doctor. It was some peon who asked me a bunch of questions which could have been done over the phone (it's a 40 minute drive away with NO traffic, plus $20 to park.). She didn't even look at the problem area of my body (my hand). Then they decided I needed 5 different tests (which I had to co-pay for, one which was $340). It took over 2 MONTHS to get the results in, and then I had to make another appointment to hear from the doctor with the results. I chose a phone appointment, because why do that drive etc., if no one is going to actually look at any part of my body? Then when the appointment was supposed to take place - yesterday, between 9:15 -10:15am (God forbid ai should get an actual specific appointment time!). So I sat by the phone- and, crickets. At 10:20, I called to find out what was up. After the usual 25 minutes on hold, I was told they had no idea what happened, but would submit an "urgent request" to contact me. 3 hours later, I got a call from someone with a horrible connection and thick, unintelligible accent. Somehow I managed to get "the system is down" before she hung up on me. I AM IN GREAT PAIN AND SLEEP DEPRIVED because of my problem which i am trying to address here. I finally asked my PCap for a referral to a different doctor. Thus one was an ACTUAL DOCTOR'S OFFICE with an ACTUAL DOCTOR, and even an office you could call directly (I got stuck in traffic and had to call to let them know I was going to be late). He told me 4 out of 5 of those tests were unnecessary. I hope the next earthquake, fire, or flood takes out your horrible place. Scratch that, it's not the fault of the building. I hope every person involved in tbat operation dies a slow, horrible, painful death tomorrow!

The nurse practitioner that attend me at Wilsure was not friendly and not helpful. She was dimissed my symptoms concerns and points that I have anixety only because I expressing my concerns of my symptoms. Disappointend. Also, I am disappointed that the institute does keep account in which doctor write notes and who do I see in my patient records. Concern about this because you can't refer back who gave you medical advice. The records just only shows that its under Eskenazi name, even shows that on the medications. In addition the manager of institute does not have direct line to express organization management concerns nor does he reach out to me. He just ignores me. Diffcult to even to request full patient records over the phone.

Medical negligence. I have scheduled Telehealth appointments but the doctor fails to call. When I contact the appointment center, the staff seems unaware of the situation and can’t provide a reason for not getting a call back from the doctor.

Terrible communication. Changing appointments with no advance notice. Will not give my doctors new information to continue my treatment with my doctor. Need to find Dr. Peterson and no one gives me his new information in Santa Barbra.

I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Won. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled at what he did. I did get minor shocks and punctures, but it was not painful at all. I would recommend him to my friends.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I set up two appointments where they said they would call me and they never did both times! And now my referrals expired.. what a great healthcare system we have

I had an appointment through the phone the whole time I have been "seeing" this doctor, he sent me to test and to give me results back a person called me for my appointment but it was not the doctor that called me. I don't even know who it was that was speaking to me. She mentioned something about me having seizures which I never said I did. Then went on to say maybe you have this and as I asked when am I speaking to the doctor she said you will but never did I speak to a doctor. When she ended the call I was more confused than anything.
