Due to my serious and complicated health issue I did an intensive research to find a doctor with great reviews. So I chose dr Eskanazi. I went there to see him and both times an NP or other stuff members saw me. They did many tests but I never got a written report or a verbal explanation on findings, nor I had a chance to see doctor Eskanazi. Guys, when I call and ask an apt with dr Eskanazi, don’t make me drive 50 miles with a diagnosis and symptoms of vertigo and dizziness to see random stuff members each visit. PS Stella was amazing.

There are 7 offices in the neurological institute but only one where transfusions are performed. There is no parking lot, no street parking, on a busy street and no handicap access. Limited mobility and disabled patients are abundant and they have to manage with no disabled parking. This is wrong and unacceptable.

Never got an appointment with the real doctor Eskenazi, and they just keep putting my call on hold. The doctor that attend me told me he was based in another country working for less than the minimum wage here in the US! They told me their payment was a miserable $4 per hour payment as a full-time job for more than 10 hours/day! This is unbelievable. Never scheduling an appointment here. VERY UPSET - Need someone to intervene to this people.

The people that answer the phones are AT HOME. They do not have any capabilities other than reading from their script, connecting you to their pharmacy dept. or making an appointment that may or may not happen if it's on the phone, because the dr. may or may not call. ONCE I HAD A DOCTOR CALL ME WHILE THEY WERE DRIVING...that's another story. Chances are no phone call during the allotted time for sure. You will NOT get your prescriptions. You will need to call the office - I mean the people at home - AGAIN after waiting on hold for an hour or so, then you will be shuffled off to the pharmacy dept. and told they don't have it. Back to calling and waiting for an hour to talk to some person they hired to read their script, without any way to really help you. This all on repeat. They don't care that they deal with hurting people. They don't care that you have to wait for over an hour to talk to someone reading from their script to get an appointment. Try it, when you have an hour to waste, call ask if they are at home... They can tell you that the office manager, Carlos, will get back to you, but surprise, he won't! SCAMMING PEOPLE WHO HAVE LITTLE MONEY, DESPERATE PEOPLE IN PAIN NEEDING HELP. SHOULD BE CRIMINAL. MORALLY UNJUST FOR SURE.
