Horrible horrible horrible service. Can't EVER get anyone on the phone EVER. I didn't even see the ACTUAL doctor just a physicians assistant/nurse practitioner. They did 3 tests on me and want to go over the results almost SEVEN weeks later? Are you kidding?! I could have something serious going on like an aneurysm or blood clot and I'm supposed to just hang on and hopefully not die before I get my results SEVEN weeks later? What kind of institute is this? Then I've called FIVE times to get my results faxed to my other doctor and STILL 3 weeks later NO FAX! They don't care about you or your health. I'm guessing all their admin staff are too busy looking at TikTok and YouTube.

It has medidicated my Migraines and help curtail my vertigo. But as of lately my headaches lasting longer. They need a office closer to downtown Los Angeles for those who use public transportation , taxis, Uber or lift. The testing and the medications are just part of the solution I hope. Thanks for their efforts.
